REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Returns and refunds are not accepted, except in cases involving verified defects or matters covered under product warranty. Once work on a custom order has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned under any circumstances.

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and related fees are the responsibility of the client. Please review your country’s import policies and applicable charges prior to placing an order.

By placing an order, the client acknowledges that unexpected or uncontrollable delays in production may occur. Basilicca is not liable for delays arising from such circumstances.

Delivery and installation costs are subject to change should new information regarding site conditions, access, or installation requirements be identified after purchase.

Damage Policy

Any damage must be reported to us in writing immediately upon delivery. If the damage affects the structural integrity of the table, installation must not proceed.

Basilicca will replace any damaged or defective components and will schedule installation once replacement parts have been received.
