Basilicca is an independent design studio on the east coast, making distinctive modern furniture and objects for the home. Each piece is made to order. We work with artisans around the world who share our pace and attention to craft.

Our work draws from the material world and the interactions within it. A process that moves outward from what we observe, shaped by time and material. It comes back as something to live with.

We make furniture you won't find anywhere else. Our first collection focuses on game room pieces: pool tables, shuffleboards, chess tables, and coffee tables.

There is no fixed palette. We work with wood, metal, glass, acrylic, whatever the design calls for. Certain materials perform better in specific climates, and we factor that into every project.

Every commission begins with a conversation. Reach out through our inquiry form, by email, or by scheduling a call. From there we work through material, proportion, and finish before anything is made. Samples are available on request.

Lead time is typically 10–14 weeks from deposit, depending on season and complexity. More in our Delivery Policy.

We work with a small number of clients at a time.
