Worldwide Shipping and Installation
Basilicca ships and installs tables worldwide. Shipping and installation costs vary depending on the destination and site conditions. We kindly ask that you inquire directly so our team may prepare a detailed quotation tailored to your installation location.
Production Time
All Basilicca tables are custom-made. Production times provided at the time of purchase are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the design and materials selected. Should additional time be required, our specialists will notify you accordingly. While we make every effort to meet requested installation deadlines, production and shipping timelines may occasionally need to be extended to ensure the highest level of craftsmanship and quality.
Specific lead times for each product are listed on the respective product detail pages. Lead times vary by model and finish. Once production of a custom order has commenced, the order may not be cancelled, refunded, or returned.
Delivery and Installation
Upon completion, your table will be shipped to a local depot. Our professional installation team will then deliver and install the table at your location, typically on the same day. Shipment can only be scheduled once you have confirmed that the installation site is fully prepared. If your table is completed but your location is not yet ready, Basilicca is pleased to store the table at our facility at no additional charge, provided full payment has been received.
All flooring and carpeting must be fully installed prior to delivery. Any third-party electrical work, including lighting above or around the table, must be completed either before or after our installation and cannot take place during installation.
Damage and Claims
All items must be inspected immediately upon delivery. Any damage must be reported to Basilicca in writing at the time of delivery. If structural damage is identified, the table must not be installed. Basilicca will replace any damaged or defective components and proceed with installation once replacement parts have been received.
Payments
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a 50% deposit is required to initiate production of a custom-made table. The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of production and prior to shipment.
