Are all pieces custom made to order?

Yes, each piece is made to order.

What is your production time?

Production time varies by item, but typically falls between 10 and 14 weeks. We'll provide a specific estimate when you place your order. Keep in mind that delays are sometimes unavoidable due to shipping disruptions or other circumstances beyond our control, but we'll always do our best to meet our estimates.

What are your payment terms?

A 50% deposit is required to initiate your order. The remaining balance, including installation fees and shipping, is due prior to delivery.

What customization options are available?

Since our products are made to order, we're able to build to your specifications. Options vary by product but can include wood type, metal finishes, paint finishes, felt color, and sizing within our size charts. Available options are listed on each product page. Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to most countries. Customs clearance and import fees are included in your quote.

How does delivery work?

We offer white glove delivery. Delivery details vary by destination. We'll coordinate scheduling and logistics with you directly once your order is ready to ship.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Can I cancel or return my order?

Once a custom order is initiated, we are unable to cancel or process a return. Your deposit secures your place in our production queue and materials are ordered on your behalf.

What if there's an issue with my order?

If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Contact us by phone or email with photos of the issue and we'll proceed with a repair or replacement as needed.
